Morrisons home made range pizzas are good, better than boxed ones

Yep Spag bol wins everytime for me especially on a friday night.
Or try pasta with a tomato sauce and grated cheese melted on top of pasta then meatballs on top with drizzle of tom sauce and grated cheese again melted with a drizzle of olive oil yummo i'm off to the kitchen now lol.

go to morrisons, pick up a cooked chicken, a bag of ready prepared mixed salad and a french loaf - alternatively if you dont want to go shopping what about an omelette, or fried egg and beans on toast or again poached egg and beans on jacket potato! enjoy whatever you have!

Pizza
Cheese on toast
Lasagne
Pasta
Chicken Salad

ha ha ... I thought you wanted some different ideas for the drink tea ... such a green tea with ginger root.

You mean the meal. Quick and easy: cottage cheese ( you may call it pot cheese) and sliced fresh fruit .. at this time of year you might do better with frozen fruit or canned pineapple and mandarin oranges. Its been really cold here. We're going have canned tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches... that's another quick and easy. .
