If you want to "Decaffeinate" the tea, just make a cup of tea using a tea bag in the usual way. Throw away the first cup, and make another one using the same tea bag. 98% of the cafdeine in tea leaches out in the first cup.
It has some, because it has black tea in the blend. Without knowing how much of the blend is black tea there is no way to calculate the caffeine, but it is probably less than the 40 mg in black tea alone.
