1% milk, 2%milk, SKIM milk, but...?!

Question: whole milk.... would I save money if i bought whole milk, and added water to it?

Skim milk has the fat completely removed from it. All you are doing is diluting your milk, if you add water to it.

If you're looking to save money and the watered down flavour of diluted milk doesn't phase you, powdered milk is also a cheaper alternative.
