What's the best vitamin water?!

Question: Look at the sugar content on the label.
The stuff is usually loaded with crystalline fructose, which is an immune depressant (as all refined sugar is). The only difference between that and Coke is that they are adding a few little vitamins... and charging an arm and a leg for it.

Consider saving your money and getting a decent juicer.

Vitamin water is ok. I liked the orange kind the best. I don't really drink it anymore I found a healthy energy drink with 9 cals, 1 gram of sugar, 1.5 carbs and a bunch of vitamins so i drink that now

Yellow Tropical Citrus. Its pretty much all i drink, its terrible but oh so refreshing!
