Is it more healthy to drink mineral water or would tap water be OK too?!

Question: If your tap water is safe to drink, save money and the environment and avoid bottled water. Some of it is just bottled tap water anyways. If you are concerned about the quality of your tap water, get a filter or a water cooler with multi-gallon, reusable bottles. Individual bottles of water are not worth that money.

tap water is fine as long as you filter out the lead....try a "Pur" filter which attaches to your faucet....

tap water is fine, and mineral is too.. but if you want to save money, tap would be the best i guess.

The best water to drink is oxygenated water, the kind that sits on top of a dispenser in the big bottle. Without buying anything, fill a pan full of your tap water and bring to a boil. Let cool and fill your old water bottles with it. Earth friendly and you are drinking distilled water. Oxygenated is the best but distilled is the next best.

In most modern communities, tap water is safe to drink.
