i think if it's water then it is okay, but it has the sugar (i think) which adds calories and is bad for your health. i am a big soda junkie so i should probably do what you do. i drink vitamin water when my mom makes me drink water.

Plain soda water is calorie free. The disadvantage is the corrosive effect on the teeth.

Cheers. to your health!

its better than coke but since its fizzy you would be better off just drinking normal water you will get used to it in a few days and it will be a better quality of water than the fizzy stuff plus you will feel better for it and not notice the diffrence plus better teeth

Water, water, water. Your body is made if water and is vital for your health remember that when you reach for a soda that it is not sugar that runs your tank but water. If you want a change every once and awhile try squeezing a little fruit into the glass and enjoy! Good Luck!!
