There's nothing you can do to it to change the taste, but if you hold your nose and chug it straight down it won't taste like much. Taste is two-thirds smell so if you hold your nose it won't get you so bad. Like when you have a bad cold.
Add sugar?
Add some lemon juice.

you don't drink it, it can be poisonous, it is what most of our tooth paste have, you can gargle with it, and even mix it with water and brush your teeth, but don't drink it!
