Different Kinds of Tea that are good for you??!
Answers: What are some of the best teas for you, that arn't too pricey. I am a fan of Green Tea, I'm just looking for something a bit different. Have any suggestions?
Rooibus tea, also known as red bush tea.
It's good for your skin and doesn't have caffeine,
and I like the herbal, sweet taste that doesn't need honey
or sugar. It also has similar or more amounts of antioxidants, and it stains teeth less than Green Tea because it has less tanin. It's pretty cheap, too.
Most all herbal teas are good for you.
there are loads just go to your supermarket man!
Try Honey Lemon Tea!! with a lil sugar..mmmmmmm.. im gonn have some now
try black tea
or chamomile (im not too sure if that's how its spelled)

there is a brand called yogi tea me and my mom usually buy from wholefoods and they usually help our bodies with all kinds of problems we are having.
try anti-oxident teas, they help nuetralize free radicals, and those are what cause cancer.
I like rooibus (red tea). No caffeine and they claim it has more antioxidants than green tea.
Celestrial teas are great
Lipton tea-green tea flavor it has a citrus taste to it that's the best tea.......
rosehip-exelent for loads
blackcurrant-tastes BRILL
White tea has more antioxidants than green tea and can come in other flavors too. Supposedly if you add milk to green or white teas, the it breaks down the antioxidant properties.
There are also herbal teas, such as echinacea which is supposed to support your immune system and chamomile which calms you.

well, plain milk tea is quite good for you,it has lots of anti-oxedents and is good for your stomach and regulating your metabolisim
Try Twinings' Ceylon or Irish Breakfast. Also, China Green Tip tea (sold in Starbucks and stores, I forget brand) is excellent. Tea is so much better than coffee for health and a little boost, without being addictive.
I've heard that Black teas are good for having a lot of antioxidents in them. Also, echinacea is supposed to boost the immune system. Just about any teas are good, there are some better than others, but it just depends on what you're looking to help/cure. IE: Eucalyptus is good for colds! Most groceries have a variety of good teas, but an herbal store has everything under the sun! Good luck and happy drinking!
