Juicer question...?!

Question: I just purchased a juicer mainly to juice vegetables, but I am worried about the lack of fiber in the juice. I don't like pulp so I was wondering if some kind of water soluble fiber powder would be an adequate substitute.

I can honestly say I am a fiber junkie. I always make sure to have at least 20-30 grams a day. The majority of my fiber (14g) comes from eating Fiber One cereal every morning! So, I understand your concern when it comes to juicing.
My favorite fiber substitute is Fiber Sure. It comes in a blue bottle and can be found in the medicine section of your grocery store near stomach aids. It is a very fine white powder than can be mixed into ANYthing and is completely tasteless. 1 Heaping teaspoon has a solid 5g of fiber. I mix it into everything. My hot chocolate, anything I bake, and just about anything I eat that does not have any fiber. You can even drink it in plain ol water and it will taste like plain ol water! It doesn’t clump up like Metamucil and has more fiber than Metamucil too. It would be a great supplement for the juice you’re drinking! How about the benefiber powder. I keep it handy and add it to foods and drinks here and there. Cannot taste it and mixes right in very well.

I've heard Benefiber works..
