Hey i CANNOT fall asleep. i drank a whole bottle of starbucks coffee(stupid) ive tried EVERYTHING. any advice?!

shut down your computer
after you read this
then turn on your tv get in bed
mute it
zone out
put on warm clothes with lots of pillows and blankets

option 2. stay up as long as you possibly can doing the most energy consuming things. go for a run. turn on music and dance. eating food will give you more energy so avoid a midnight snack. i have this problem way way too often. you will feel like crap tommorow but it will pass.. make sure your coffee is extra strong in the morning.

next time try decaff.

Just try to read a dictonary. SOO boring.

I find reading a good book helps if that doesn't work read a boring one! no more coffee before bed...Good luk..

Well, you can try drinking tea.
That usually works, as well as a hot bath.
Otherwise, your gonna have to flush out with ALOT of water.
Sorry you can't sleep. : /

Reading a nice book (like a novel or a subjet in which you are not interested with) helps some times;
Take warm shower/bath.

NyQuil! Or some sort of sleep aide medicine. Don't go overboard, just do the recommended dose.

Warm milk. It has the amino acid tryptophan in it and should help you go to sleep.

Try chamomile herbal tea. If you dont have any ,drink warm milk with cookies. I would eat lots...but that me.
Try not to think about waking up in the morning ,just trust the alarm. Worrying is no good and will not change anything. Try to think happy thoughts, and keep you spirit high. Just imagine you are the greatest ,no matter the outcome tomorrow.

Take a warm shower

take a warm bath, not shower..drink some warm milk and if you have it, 2 gramham crackers or a small amount of cookies like 2. The reason mom's used to give kids cookies & milk before bedtime is just right amount causes sleepiness..too much gets them amped from sugar..but a little bit with the milk and bath..you should be fine to sleep.

NyQuil knocks me out every time

Take a nice hot/steamy shower. Turn on the tv (flip through the channels) and turn down the lights. And stay on the computer until your eyes feel heavy.

drink some warm milk and try to relax. don't stress yourself out about sleep. try to slow your mind down and just relax. the cafffine will wear off in an hour or so , also drink water as coffee can dehydrate you. good luck

Drink a big glass of water, then try some herbal tea with no caffeine in it (for obvious reasons) When this happens to me and I have an exam or something else imporant in the morning I usually just don't sleep at all. However, I don't recommend this.

i dont think u should of had a starbucks coffee because all the sour keep u awake but my advise is try sleep pills it would put u to sleep in a second but if u want an eazy way try watching tv and eat something and u might fall a sleep.
