Yes. But evaporated or condensed (condensed is the sweeter of the two) has had water removed and is more concentrated. I would add perhaps 50% water and 50% canned milk.

Yeah, if you are cooking with it. yu can use it with most anything that requires milk. It is just a different milk from the animal.
