I love making Indian chai tea...
*bring 1 cup of milk to just near a boil,
*crush a bit of a cinnamon stick and other spices (good if they are still in leaf and seed form, but I'm sure you can choose some already ground spices you like too)
*you should put the spices in while waiting for the milk to near a boil. when the milk is close to boiling, remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of black loose leaf tea straight into the milk for every cup of milk.
*wait 2-5 minutes, but no more than 5 and pour the tea through a strainer into a teapot, cup, or other container.
*enjoy your homemade chai tea.... add as much sugar as you think it needs...
******use less black tea if you don't like tea very strong because it is certainly very strong.

its really hard to find...but Green Tea by lipton with orange, jasmine, and passionfruit...
with a little bit of splenda...and a splash of milk...
green tea w/ honey, lemon & bit of cream
also a nice fruit tea ( orange, mango, raspberry ) mixed with chomomile to sleep at night is the best
any tea is good tea. For me, the less I add to it, the better it is. I really don't drink tea for the sweetness or the creaminess, which is what I'd be doing if I added those things. Maybe a little sweetener, but I mostly enjoy it straight up. White tea is my favorite.
I like rooibos tea and lavender leaves. I make a syrup from sugar and water, and add I add sliced lemon to it. I know...I'm weird.
Starbucks sells the Tazo line of teas and a favorite of mine is called 'Passion' it is real fruity. You can also get it at the supermarket. It is in a purple packet.
