Has anyone else got sick after drinking a green tea frappuccino from starbucks?!

Question: a couple of months ago, I tried a green tea frappuccino. my stomach strarted hurting right off, and I got sick. Just to make sure it wan't as one time thing, I got another one just a couple of weeks ago and the same thing happened. Has that ever happened to anyone else? Do you think it might be an allergy to something in the drink? Thanks!

No, I've had 'em , and they're great =P No negative reaction. However, it is supposed to contain tea, and some teas are supposed to have a internal cleansing quality to them. Some combinations of teas, spices and herbs can even act a laxative. Maybe they mix it a different way at that Starbucks , you might be sensitive to some ingredient, or simply Caffeine sensitive (Green tea has about half the caffeine of coffe). Just stay away from them , and if anything else makes you sick from that starbucks, it might just be sanitary issues.

Nope, i love those, except I have them add raspberry to it. That is my guilty pleasure

i've never got sick from them, but you might have a reaction to the green tea concentrate (called matcha). I've heard of a few people that get upset stomachs from green tea. Try some hot green tea and see if you get the same reaction. That's what I would do?

Not me. I love those :)
