What is a Starbucks Mocha Affogato?!

Affogato means a floating shot (only works in a frappuccino). Mocha Affogato would be a shot thrown on top and then mocha sauce drizzled over. Usually is served without WC but that is up to the customer.
Mocha Valencia doesn't exist anymore because the Valencia Syrup was replaced with the Orange Syrup. It was basically and orange mocha.
Espresso Con Panna is a shot (or two or three...) of espresso topped with whipped cream.

When drizzling the mocha over the frappuccino, it will always be in a cross-hatch pattern.
You can also get a Caramel Affogato, which is made just like the mocha, but you drizzle caramel instead.
