try this, there is a mexican drink that is young cocnut juice and it has little bits of coconut floating all through out it, maybe that will help you overcome the paper feeling, i never thought it, love coconut, but maybe if you give it another try because there are so many ways to enjoy coconut....good luck to ya! :D

Nope - i like the taste of coconut. Although an alcoholic drink adds even more flavor, but I even like them on the little snowball cakes.
