its the carbonates reacting with the acids in your stomach
some people get headaches because your hemoglobin carries co2 quicker that oxygen
thats weird coz a lot of people say if you have got a bad stomach drinking flat coke gets rid of it...
That's a good question. I don't know.
I am the opposite. I get stomach ache when its fizzy but fine when its gone flat.
i dont rell i now maybe its coz u r so use 2 fizzy drinks xx
