There are electrolytes in Gatorade so that's a plus however the bad thing is all that sugar...see refined sugars cause you to feel like you get an energy boost but it drops you off the cliff when it comes to running out and sometimes that makes athletes dizzy or light headed during a workout, or sometimes hours afterwords. Try making sure you have plenty of water during the day and if you would like my advise I drink Smart water, it has the electrolytes in it and if you cannot put up with just water try adding fresh lemon juice or making yourself some decaf Ice tea you will be much better off than going for a sports drink.

i'm drinking gatorade right now.

Gatorade - Any of the Mango flavors rock. Propel is way too thick for the lack of flavor

PROPEL MAY SEEM BETTER FOR YOU BUT GATORADE IS THE BEST! GATORADE! ALSO GATORADE GIVES YOU MORE ENERGY, AND TASTES WAY BETTER....

propel is way better then gatorade.

Propel has less calories, but I belive Gatorade has more electrolytes. Either way, both have fake sugar crap in them.

But for the sake of less calories, I'd go for the Propel.

well propel is made from gatorade so it cant be too much of a difference propel has 10 calories perserving and 0 fat...

Propel is way better-
1) It tastes better (personal opinion)
2) It has way less sugar(fact)
3) It comes in single bottles, packs of bottles, and little single packages...what more could you ask for?

I think that is a good toss up.

/personally hate gatorade
