I've brewed my own Ginger Beer and Root Beer at a nearby brew-on-premises brewery. Delicious! Nothing like the stuff from the grocery shelf--it has a real bite.
I'm positive there are other brewers doing the same or similar. Check out my links below. One for the brewery, the other for Soda King, which sells every unique soda imaginable.
