How do they make coke zero, its no calorie but doesn't have the nasty fake sugar taste? how they do that?!

Because it has artificial sweeteners in, such as aspartame, and acesulfame.
It's pretty bad for you in my opinion. I boycotted Coca-Cola products last year, so I'd advise either not drinking it, or cutting down on it if you do. Entirely up to you of course, but it's not healthy by any means :)

I think they use Splenda
