I love good coffee plain, but my wife doesn't like it at all unless it's doctored up and cold. At home, I make great coffee using four parts fresh-ground Caribou Colombian and one part French Roast, brewed using 1 tablespoon of the coarse-ground mix per each six ounces of water. For her, I then mix 8 oz. of the brewed coffee with 3 heaping teaspoons of Nestle's Quick (chocolate) and an ounce of table cream. Once it is iced in the fridge, she loves it. Give it a try!
