Is Coke Zero safe to drink when trying to lose weight?!

Question: NO SODA is good to drink at all for any reason. Horrible for your health. Any time of soda that has sugar, that is sweet or has a fake sugar in it..Tricks your body and your mind into knocking your natural insultin off the mark causing health problems. The food coloring alone in the soda can cause cancers. If you are seriously trying to loose weight. Don't drink soda at all.

you can lose weight but drinking it all the time can actually give u cancer and you'll start to feel so stressed and tired

Yeah it's safe, but you still won't lose as much weight as you could if you stopped drinking pop all together. I lost about 15 lbs when I cut out pop.

no soda is good to drink if you want to lose weight. Would drinking carbonated high fructose corn syrup sound like a good add on to a diet?

Coke is Coke.

If you just can't go without having a soft drink, then yea drink Coke Zero. But really try to drink just water. Just because Coke Zero has no sugar, it still has a lot of caffeine. When you drink too much caffiene it gets in your stomach and makes you bloated, which can make you appear to be heavier although you're really not.

if you are trying to loose wieght just drink water or crystal light the ladder is really good for diets

no but water will. diet cokes have "fake" sugars that are bad for you and your body doesnt know how to digest them and turns to fat

last i heard no soda is.
