i buy optimum brand egg white protein powder (the purest form of protein) in either chocolate or vanilla flavor.

i put about 4 cups of ice in the blender, two scoops of protein powder, cover with milk (or cold coffee), and add four big scoops of either chocolate or vanilla ice cream, ice milk, or frozen yogurt and blend till done.

delicious and good for you.

you can add fruit to the vanilla flavor.

have fun

chocolate, with chocolate covered cherries. Mega- good.

I prefer coffee milkshakes. I start with a big heaping tablespoon of instant coffee and then dissolve in just enough hot water to make it thick and syrupy. (Careful, add your hot water at about a half teaspoonful at a time or you'll need to add more instant coffee). Add a small amount of vanilla extract to really bring out the flavor. Coconut extract is good, too.

Oh oh oh, Strawberry/Coconugt is great, too. Frozen strawberries and bakers cocnut flakes. Too cold and snowy here for ice cream.... but it does sound YUMMY.

Enjoy yourself tomorrow. Just experiment. Get out the canned peaches and otehr fruits and preserves. But stay away from those prunes.

bananna and Strawberry
yummy

I am an expert. you take one pint of Haagen Daiz vanilla. Add strawberry syrup, the good stuff. Then add vanilla flavored milk( make sure the milk is ice cold too) add borden brand malted milk (malts are better) don't mix all the ice cream in right away add it as you go. This Strawberry malt MUST be served in a glass container, not plastic or styrofoam. I do not recommend using a straw as well ..enjoy. Your pal, dr. tough love
