Yes they are bad for you! i know you probably like them but I'd say if you want to grow and be healthy start drinking vitamin water or even just plain water or a sports water. But not energy drinks they can make you dehydrated to fast! Think of what you want to be in your future! Healthy and full of energy or just ( sorry to say this, I'm not trying to be mean) but fat! Look at the bottle and see how many grams of sugar are in a bottle and check to see if 1 can is a serving for one or 2! Good luck hope You make the right choice!!

just make sure you don't abuse them read the warnings and play it safe and if your on any medication i wouldn't take them but other then that ya id say your fine I've been drinking em for about 4 years now and im 20

yes horrible for any age

You will be fine just know that whatever brings you up will bring you down!

yep, bad for dad too! the caffeine content can cause heart problems.

You know, if you're having them rarely and then climbing rocks, I think there might be a balance between the stimulants and the exertion. But better for you if you avoid them altogether and rely on water and your own native adrenaline.

energy drinks are all sugar and caffeine so it will give you a rush and then make you feel sluggish
it is definitely not helping you to climb fater or higher or anything because then if one time you go and dont have an energy drink you probably wont do well
but if you can climb without the energy drink you will build up the endurance to go the whole way on your own, and as cheesy as it sounds, it will be much more rewarding.

no not really... UN less it has fake sugar in it or aspartame in it.

They are not good for you at all. GIve them us.

very bad, they are known to give people heart attacks.
