The biggest problem is that all too often no few folks are feeling that the quality of the food is suffering due to the nature of the number of chemicals, and the patronising attitude of the food companies in their quest to make an even bigger profit margin.
You're correct, technically everything we eat is a chemical composition of one thing or another, and I've yet to find a food store that offers In-organic food.
But, I have noticed (in a blind taste test no less) that the organic foods due tend to taste better, and for those of us with food allergies ( or particular chemical allergies) organic is a relief in so many ways.
I'm not trying to be fastidious, but it was really difficult to understand your question because of grammatical errors and incoherency.
From what I did understand, I assume you're annoyed because people worry about chemicals without knowing anything about them.
Organic means that no chemicals were added to the plant or no hormones/antibiotics were given to the animals. It doesn't mean that they don't contain any traces of artificial chemicals that they might have picked up from the environment.
I am usually careful about what I eat because most of the time it's not about whether something contains a bad compound, it's about how much of that compound is in my food. I am aware that most fish I eat has mercury, but that doesn't mean that I should go on a binge and stop caring. I make an informed choice and eat fish that has lower % of mercury.
Most people follow the same reasoning.
And btw, not all chemicals are bad. Chemicals and genetic modifications produced much more resistant crops.
