I drink 2-3 red bull"s a day. i want to stop. how do i replace or kick the habit?!

Question: i have been drinking red bull for almost three years. at first it was 1 every once in a while then it got to everyday. I sometimes find myself digging for change to buy one. every time i try to stop i feel drowned by the end of the day. Can i replace the red bull with something else? Can anybody give me some advice???

I had a Red Bull habit that was beginning to get out of hand. Other than the awesome flavor I thought I might be somewhat into the caffeine so I replaced mine with green tea (I prefer a nice hot cup myself). It offers antioxidants as well as a much reduced level of caffeine.

Like any other habit I think you will find wanting to change it is more than half the battle.

Good luck in your quest!

Just dont buy any, get a soda or something else....

It's simple...stop drinking it!! It's caffine not heroin...besides it tastes horrible!

Well, for the first step, limit it and try to take your mind off of it.

You'll probably get tired of the drink later on, and would have found a better habit.

That works for me.

start smoking or play with your self more, it will still give the kick and you'll enjoy it more. plus it will make u great n bed!

you could start smoking crack.
you'll forget about red bull in no time

Try drinking plan coffee at first. It might work.

you have two choices

cold turkey - tough for a couple of days but its over quickly
slow down - cut back to one a day for a week, one overy other day the next...

its mostly the caffeine (taurine) and sugar. the best thing to think about is how you can treat yourself with all the money you'll save :)
