Why do ppl hate starbucks so much?!
Answers: I am a barista in a different coffee shop - one that is unique to my city. ppl always tell me how they hate starbucks and would never abandon us for them. I like the place i work at better than starbucks but why all the hate? I know their coffee tastes like its burnt and is over expensive but is it really that bad?
As a coffee lover, i hate the commercialisation of it and how it's diluted both the traditional coffee drinks and the traditional coffee shop. I don't mind the coffee so much but I can never relax at a starbucks, there is a different feel to it, i feel rushed and there are annoying teenage kids who hang out making noise drinking their pussified ice coffee drinks.
I go to a small coffee shop near where i live, it's nice, the atmosphere is relaxing and they serve proper espressos and macchiatos. They also have a few ice drinks to fill the demand in the market but only a few, most of it's customers don't really like that sort of thing anyway. The prices are higher but for me it's way better than starbucks which basically is the Mcdonalds of coffee houses.
i dont know....but i love it!!!! yummmm
i love starbucks!!! the one i go to their so nice to me!! probably cause it s small one and im like the only one who goes there but hey free coffee!!! i still have to say though (im from canada) that tim hortons has the best f*cking coffee in the whole world!!
is that true? i think ppl love starbucks in Malaysia... you can see the cafe full of people esp in Fri & Sat nite...
yes indeed,i live in Greece and we all waited for so long for a Starbucks to open. I only been there once and NEVER again.Their coffee sucks. It is always bitter, this is in part because they over-roast their beans. The crap they sell is incredibly unhealthy.
I Dont know but i love it specially ice cold Frappuccino
You got to be kidding....I love starbucks!
Most people love starbucks their coffee doesent taste burnt at I'll they are expensive but have really good coffee. My favorite is coffee frap yum.
I used to go to Starbucks all the time but I actually didn't like the coffee that much. I got the caffeine hit and that was good enough for me most days. What I loved most was the brand for some reason. Maybe I liked the logo or the fancy cup holders or something. Eventually I moved on to other coffee franchises and the coffee was just so much better that I didn't go back to Starbucks. When I look back, I can say that the coffee really did suck. What the hell was I thinking?
i thought people love sturbucks SO MUCH. well maybe different country diffrent sturbucks. but here, even the coffee expert from Guatemala and Monaco, they love sturbucks, in china thay cant find a good coffee shop i think... but for myself, actually sturbucks are too expensive, and i dont understand about coffee, so ill tell their coffee are nice (sometimes), i love ginger bread latte! Peace!
I believe it is because it is such a big cooperation. The name is every were, also it may be that's all you see there is no other Coffee makes that have there logo in your face as much.
prefer Nero's. Starbucks coffee always tastes burnt
I love Starbucks, from the selection of coffee houses I have near me it is by far the best one, I hate Nero's, their coffee is too strong, I don't use Pret at all because I hate Pret altogether (because all their food has raw onion and a ton of garlic in it) and Patisserie Valerie would cost a fortune! I have never, ever had burnt tasting coffee from Starbucks, the staff are friendly and smiley (A big bonus) and I like their selection of drinks.
I hate starbucks! Their service is like a production line and it takes away any friendly customer service and sense of community which is essential for the coffee commodity! Their coffee is terrible and expensive, even though they buy directly from the farmers and hence get their product at a ridiculously low price (that they call fair trade). I hate that the starbucks multinational corporation is erradicating independent coffee houses! I sure know it bought out the little independent that I was working at! The store was no bigger than my toilet room, yet now its a toilet sized starbucks! The store is for pretentious, brand crazy people who can't appreciate genuine coffee because they're so used to mass produced rubbish.
i dont think so....i saw a lot of people love starbucks SO MUCH even the price over expensive and they just sell the normal coffee
I don't drink coffee, but from what I heard, Starbucks is REALLY expensive..... maybe that's why
a lot of there drinks such as frappachino contain over half your government recommended daily allowance of sugar
