Do not refridgerate or freeze! That will kill the flavour!
Go ahead and put it in the cupboard, it is best away from sunlight/direct light.
If you do open the bag, go ahead and put it in an air-tight container.
put it in a tupperware bowl w/ lid. in the cupboard is fine.
Just put it in a tupperware bowl, burp the lid (make sure the air is out after each use)
Is it just a bag or is it sealed,, as in Air Tight or one of those vacuum packed blocks like givilia NO problem
if you buy whole beans and grind the whole bag replace it in airtight plastic container's
Do Not freeze or refrigerate it squeezes the oil and moisture out..
