It is naturally caffeinated-and doesn't make you jittery like coffee can. contains lots of antioxidants. Some say those who drink it regularly boast a radiant complexion. Its nice with honey and soy/reg milk. Yerba refers to the the tea part, and Mate is in reference to the gourd (mate is Spanish for gourd). Try it! I love it.
