Can milk be used as an alternative for water?!

Question: As for drinking? No, the reason is if you look at the label, milk contains sugar. I didn't know this until last year when I argued with my senior in highschool. We were arguing about the sports drinks and the glucose they contain. Well lo and behold I told him to start drinking milk again and he told me that milk contains sugar. I thought no way, but after reading the label...I was wrong. It doesn't have the contents of a sport drink but it does contain sugar.

Yes, you can drink milk. I love milk.

Baking, you can use milk for baking but come recipes you can not use milk.

Even when cooking you can use dairy products as an ingredient, Like: cream, yogurt, milk cream, butter, ghee etc.

One time I washed my hair with milk. It was a hot day and later my head started to smell funny. So thusly the answer to your question is yes - but also no. I think it is a fine question, and you are very thoughtful to ask it.
