There is no cacao in real white chocolate. Only cacao butter. So it is difficult to compare because the white is not really chocolate. Before I became allergic to cacao I could eat all chocolate and thought milk was the best especially butterscotch milk. Since my allergy (I get three days of migraine when eating chocolate) I can only eat white "chocolate". I still have to check the ingredients because some have cacao. Since my allergy came later in life and it is hereditary my children eat all the chocolate they can eat now!
