Depends on the tea.

If it's a sweet black tea, I like a little Splenda and maybe some soy milk.

Green tea I usually don't add anything.

I like my tea with honey and lemon. Sometimes I like to eat either peanut butter and crackers, or just plain toast with mine

Chamomile tea I drink plain, orange pekoe or earl grey with milk only. Sometimes with a sweet treat. Not often though. I drink about 7 cups a day.
