yes, buy a reverse osmosis water filter
buy a filter.
Reverse osmosis is best but expensive. Just buy a Brita or another brand of the water pitchers, that have the charcoal filter., They make the water taste great. You can get these pitchers and filters at any store.
the cheapest effective way is to use a Britta filter. a reverse osmosis system works best.
the smell of tap water is chlorine..
to remove it you would want to let a container of it sit open on the counter overnight . as the chlorine is a gas in it's natural state it will evaporate out of the water in due time.

Buy a filter for your water and also it would help if you had a water softener! Our water has a smell sometime in the spring so we end up change the filter 2 to 3 time in that month and adding more salt to our softener and turn it up higher!

Yes ,get a empty container and fill it up with water and but it in the fridge over night,that helps.
