What are some good non-carbinated, diet drinks, please?!

Question: Giving up soda for Lent. What, other than water, can I enjoy? Needs to be non-carbinated and diet. All I can think of is Lipton Diet Green Tea. Help!

Crystal Light
Iced Tea (sweeten w/ splenda if you like it sweet)
Diet Tang
Diet Kool-Aid

diet stuff is wack

dilute juice!!

Crystal light

Try crystal light, you can add the packets to bottled water and its zero calories and zero carbonation

I like to drink lemonade, crystal light is also a really good one because it is diet and comes in all flavors. They are also really cheap and all you have to do is to mix it in with your water!

diet pepsi

Vitamin water & Crystal light.

alcohol, get drunk and throw up very good for diet too

Crystal Light?

I like purified water with a lemon or lime in it. Very refreshing.

Snapple is great. A lot of folks love it.

Crystal light. Their lemonade is so good. I don't like diet anything and that I will drink plus they make them in these little packages that you just drop in your water bottle and shake up and it is ready to go. They make it for large amounts too.

Crystal Light is absolutely the best! They have Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, and Rasberry Tea. It even comes in the travel packets where you can just pop it into your bottle water on the go!

Nothing is good on a diet except water and tea. And real tea, not sugary iced tea. Juice is full of sugar, and all the flavored waters have artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners. The point of lent is to make a sacrifice. Don't try to replace your soda, just drink water and hot, unsweetened tea. It's all I drink, and I turned out fine.

Beyond tea-based drinks (many of which you can make yourself with artificial sweetener if you want), try:

lemonade (diet mixes available)
juice (healthy, but maybe not "diet")
Crystal Light type products
Nonfat or powdered milk

or take a walk down the "Drink Mixes" aisle of your local market and see what else is available.

Crystal light peach tea is great. I like the little ones that you mix in bottles of water.

Drink Tea iced or hot, high in antioxidents
Lemonade, juices of any kind and blend. If you are giving up the bubbly flavored sweetened stuff does that mean you preclude club soda...bubbly, plain water? If you can have that it is the perfect thing to add to your juices to cut the sugar and give a little lift to your drinks. I use club soda especially in the summer to do just that, and over ice is very refreshing by itself or with juices. Club soda has no artificial flavors or sweetners, it is just carbonated water.

Diet drinks...bad! Additives of who knows what chemical flavors and really bad artificial sweetners. Stick with the real stuff, and be safe and whole in body and mind.

Cranberry Juice is very good for you. If you don't like just plan Cranberry Juice try adding Orange Juice to it or try purchasing Cran-Grape or Cran-Apple. All are very good juices and make good replacements for sodas.

Ok, the best diet drink is water. I know this is not enjoyable but reading this week I learned that sweeteners (sweet-n-low, Splenda,...) Make you crave more sugar! Also many think that if you are drinking something diet it's ok but it's not. Drink water! In a little bit you will love it and it really will help you lose weight. I was 215 lbs a little less then 2 years ago. Now I am 140 lbs and size 6! I drink water and workout doing every easy home workout from realage.com I have cut down on my food intake but have not gone on a diet! Water is the key! Hey also with juices you have to watch for sugar! So try buying no sugar added juices.

Just drink iced tea with a little lemon and no sugar or sweetener - stay away from diet stuff, the artificial sweetener is not good for you. You can also drink juices and juice cocktails.
