What is your favorite way of brewing both ice and cold tea?!

Question: I brew my tea in an 8-cup tea pot using either loose leaf tea (1 heaping spoonful per cup of water and 2 for the pot) or 1 tea bag per cup plus two for the pot. Pour in very hot (not boiling!) water and let it steep for 5 minutes. I remove the tea and let the pot cool for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then pour it over large glasses of ice and serve.

Sun tea is the best way to brew. A nice large glass container with the right amount of water to Lipton tea bags set outside in the sun for a few hours or all day. Expecially when it's warmer. Otherwise I have an ice tea maker not expensive and you can make hot or cold by leaving out the ice and adding hot water.

put about 5 teabags in a pitcher of water and set it in the sun.

Step 1:
Take 8 ounces of hot water and place tea bag in the the hot water (this quickly intensifies the flavor so you don't have to wait like you do with soaking in the sun for hours).
Step 2:
Pour cold water in remainder of the brew
Step 3:
Let sit until the color is to your liking. Enjoy.

I like it straight out of the carton - Nestea. :D

I love to make sun tea in the summer and in the winter the kids brought me a Mr. Tea maker.....lol
