Answers: I am talking with this girl about it and I am curious

People that don't have the enzyme lactase, can't break down the sugar in milk called lactose. Lactaid is a milk in which they've modified the milk surgar from lactose to other forms that folks without that milk enzyme can digest. It's often a bit thicker than regular milk. And its taste is very palatable, similar to whole milk. A good solution. As is soy milk.

milk comes from cows.

You know those people who are 'lactose intorelant'? Lactaid is what they drink cause that's free of lactose. Milk is a no-no cause it has lactose, and that makes lactose intorelant people get diarrhea.

It is 100% lactose free milk.
