I discovered a lovely one on holiday, its called a Sunshine and its really easy to make.

Fill a glass with Sprite (or lemonade), add a big squeeze of lime and then slowly add some grenadine (pomegranate). The bottom goes red and the middle pink.

Try it, its really nice.

I do if as I belive vodka is just ike water ;-)

Sparkling Sunrise:
4oz orange juice
4oz sprite or soda water
splash of grenidine
ice
Put the grenedine in the bottom of a tall glass then put ice into the glass. Slowly pour in the orange juice down the side of the glass, then top with the pop. Serve with a cherry garnish.

Foaming Dragon:
Into a shaker glass over ice, add 4 oz. cranberry juice, 4 oz. orange juice, 1 tablespoon icing sugar. Shake and strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass and top with 7-Up. Garnish with fresh cranberries on a cocktail pick .

The Sunrise Blend:
In a blender, add 1 cup ice, 3 oz. fresh orange juice, 3 oz. fresh pineapple juice, 2 fresh strawberries and 1 banana.
Blend until slushy and strain into a large tumbler.
Garnish with strawberries.

The Rainbow Cooler:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz. each orange, pineapple and passion fruit juice, the juice of ? fresh lemon and 1 tsp, grenadine.
Shake until chilled and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

The Coco Colada:
In a blender, add 1 cup ice, 4 oz. pineapple juice and 2 oz. cream of coconut (or 6 oz. pina colada mix).
Blend until slushy and strain into an old fashioned drinking or margarita glass.
Garnish with an orange wheel.

Harrowsmith Sunrise:
7 oz pineapple juice
3 oz strawberry kiwi Fruitopia
couple drops coconut extract
garnish with strawberry & pineapple

Happy Go Lucky Drink:
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
In a shaker add:
3 oz cranberry juice
4 oz orange juice or pineapple juice
a squeeze of lime
1/2 tsp grenadine

Shake well, and pour over ice. Add 2 oz. of soda water or ginger ale before serving.
Decorate with a cherry and lemon/ orange slice.

Jungle Berry Fizz:
4 oz 7-up
4 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice
Garnish with orange.

The Citrus Sipper
Ice
1 oz Rose's Lime Cordial
3 oz cranberry juice
3 oz white grapefruit juice
ginger ale
wedge of orange
Fill a 10 oz highball glass ? with ice. Layer by pouring down the inside the Rose's Lime Cordial, then the cranberry juice, then the white grapefruit juice. Top with ginger ale and serve with a wedge of orange and a straw.

Southern Sunrise:
Ingredients (serves 20)
Cranberry juice 1.14 litre (4.5 cups)
Orange juice 1 litre (4 cups)
Almond extract 5-10 ml (1-2 tsp)
For tart drink: soda 2 litres (8 cups)
For sweeter drink: ginger ale 2 litres (8 cups)

Supplies: One 8 litre (2 gal.) container for mixing. Punch bowl and cups, or highball glasses.
Mixing: Chill all the ingredients for at least 3 hours. Combine the juices in your mixing container and all almond extract to taste. Cover. Refrigerate. Add soda or ginger ale just before serving.

Smart-Ini:
2 oz pineapple juice
2 tsp lime juice
2 oz. cranberry juice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 oz. pineapple juice, 2 tsp. lime juice and 2 oz. cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a pineapple and cranberry skewer.
Alternatively, add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice; garnish as instructed.

Pitcher Size:

2 cups pineapple juice
2 oz. lime juice
2 cups cranberry juice.
To a pitcher, add 2 cups pineapple juice, 2 oz. lime juice and 2 cups cranberry juice. Stir to mix.
Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish each with a pineapple and cranberry skewer.
Makes approx. 8 - 6 oz. cocktails

Its a really pretty pink drink!!

Watermelon Fizz

5 cups diced watermelon, divided
8 tablespoons lime juice, divided
1 1/3 cups ginger ale, divided
Lime wedges for garnish

Freeze 1 cup watermelon for garnish. Puree the remaining 4 cups watermelon. Strain; divide the juice among 4 ice-filled glasses.

Top each with 1 1/2 ounces gin, 2 tablespoons lime juice and 1/3 cup ginger ale. Garnish with the frozen watermelon and lime wedges.

ACAPULCO GOLD

Shake together tomato juice, a good squeeze of lemon juice, a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a couple of drops of Tabasco, a pinch of celery salt and a shake of pepper. Strain and serve on the rocks. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a stick of celery


Gentle Sea Breeze
Shake a mixture of equal measures of cranberry juice and pineapple juice, and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint

ACAPULCO GOLD

Shake together six parts pineapple juice, one part grapefruit juice, two parts coconut cream, two parts fresh cream and a scoop of crushed ice. Serve unstrained.

APPLEADE

Chop up two large apples and pour a pint of boiling water over them. Sprinkle in about a teaspoon of sugar and leave to stand for a few minutes. Strain the liquid and leave to cool. Serve with plenty of ice and garnish with a wedge of apply and a slice of lemon.

BARLEYADE

Pour equal quantities of lemon barley and lemonade into a tumbler, add ice and a slice of lemon. Drink with straw.

CAPUCINE

Shake together one part peppermint cordial and four parts fresh cream. Strain and add crushed ice,. Finely grate a little plain chocolate over the top.

GRECIAN

Blend together four parts peach juice, two parts orange juice, one part lemon juice and a scoop of crushed ice. Pour unstrained into the glass, add a squirt of soda water and garnish with fresh fruit.

HIMBEERSAFT

Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour in a measure of sirop de framboise and dilute with soda water. The quantities of each depends on individual taste. Stir well, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with straws.


LEMONADE (FIZZY)

Pour the juice of a lemon into the glass and add two teaspoons of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, add four or five ice cubes and top us with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

LEMONADE (PINK)

Shake together two scoops of crushed ice, the juice of a lemon and two teaspoons of sugar. Pour unstrained into a glass and top up with water, stir in a tablespoon of sirop de framboise.

LEMONADE (STILL)

As above but omit the sirop de framboise and garnish with a slice of lemon. Serve with straws.

LEMON ICE CREAM SODA

Put two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice in a glass with two teaspoons of sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Fill the glass two-thirds full with soda water and top with a large scoop of soft vanilla ice cream. Serve with straws and a spoon.

LIMEADE

Shake together the juice of three limes and sugar to taste. Strain over ice cubes and add water or soda water. Garnish with fruit.

MOCK DAISY CRUSTA

Put two tablespoons of fresh orange juice in a glass with two teaspoons of sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Fill the glass two-thirds full with soda water and top with a large scoop of soft vanilla ice cream. Serve with straws and a spoon.

PRINCESS MARGARET

Blend together five or six strawberries, a slice of pineapple, the juice of half a lemon, juice of half an orange, a couple of dashes of sirop de fraise and a scoop of crushed ice. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim.

QUEEN CHARLIE

Over ice cubes pour a measure of grenadine and top up with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry on a stick, serve with straws.

REDCURRANT AND LEMON

Heat one tablespoon of redcurrant jelly with two tablespoons of water to dissolve. Add the juice of a lemon and stir. Pour over ice cubes and top up with either soda water or water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

ROSY PIPPIN

Stir a wine glass of apple juice with a dash of grenadine and a squeeze of lemon juice. Top up with ginger ale and garnish with a wedge of apple.

SAINT CLEMENTS

Stir equal parts of orange juice and bitter lemon with plenty of ice. Serve garnished with slices of orange and lemon.

SHIRLEY TEMPLE

Pour ginger ale over ice cubes and add a little grenadine. Stir and garnish with a cherry.

SOUTHERN BELLE

Crush a sprig of mint with a teaspoon of sugar at the bottom of a glass to extract the mint flavour. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and lots of ice. Top up with ginger ale, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with straws.

SUMMERTIME SODA

Stir the juice of an orange, lemon and grapefruit. Pour over ice cubes and add soda water and a scoop of soft vanilla ice cream. Serve with a straw and a spoon.

a little Grenadine - fill up with Ginger Ale

Very refreshing and not too sweet.

fruitful

4oz of orange fresh orange
4oz pear juice
4oz of grapefruit(must be the Florida/pink grapefruit)

1 lime
and one banana
mix the lime and banana up together
then add all the ingredients from above it is a lovely drink once done

OH MAKE SURE YOU STIR IT UP AS WELL.
