Is it true that soy milk counts as water?!


Question: I was reading about water consumption on this website and it said that herbal teas rice, soy, and nut milks will count as water for your body. Is that true?

They are liquid, right! They count as water. But water itself still best. When you drink a glass of water, you know that is exactly how much liquid you have taken in.

Soy milk is the juice squeezed out of rotting soy beans. SInce it is mostly water it certainly counts as water.

That's actually really interesting! I'm sure water would just be better for you though. But soy milk is so yummy!
