Coke Zero is Coco Cola attempt to make a diet drink taste exactly like its sugar counter part.

Pam

There are differences in taste and packing.

My friends used to go to a fast food place or convenience stop and put about 2/3 of a diet Coke in their cup and fill the rest with regular Coke. They said that this actually tastes like regular coke because this was the drink put in last. Now, I'm told that the manufacturers of Coke caught on to this trick and that is what Coke Zero is....a mixture of regular Coke and diet Coke.

Diet Coke is sweetened with aspartame. Coke Zero is sweetened with sucralose. You probably know aspartame as Sweet n Low and sucralose as Splenda.

Diet coke has no sugar but it has some kind of other bad stuff in it, Coke Zero tastes more like real coke than Diet, at least that's what I think!

Taste.

Nothing, they are both ridiculously terrible for your body.
Stay away from them. Aspartame is a killer.
