The key to mocktails is the presentation... when served in a margarita glass any virgin smoothie looks like an adult beverage!

=most fruit juices diluted w/ sprite or sparkling water can look like a cocktail
=even just a coca cola, w/ a lime wedge floating looks like you're really drinking a "cuba libre"
don't drink alcoholic becuase you can died from it.
Ohh! My most favorite, and that always gets raves is a mock Mohito (sp)
Fresh lime juice muddled with fresh mint and sweetener of choice
add sparkling water
