If going to Starbucks, what are the differences between an ICED LATTE, ICED COFFEE, and a Frappuccino?!

Question: These are not all the same thing right?

Is an iced latte and a frap. the same thing?

Answers: These are not all the same thing right?

Is an iced latte and a frap. the same thing?

Iced latte---Depending on size: 1,2,3 shots of espresso; milk; and ice. Strong coffee taste, so many people add flavour shots like vanilla in there. Sometimes topped with whip, but not usually.

Iced coffee--Double strength brewed coffee over ice. Again a strong coffee taste, so many people put cream and sweeten it.

Frappuccino--Ones that are under "coffee" are basically coffee smoothies. Ice is added to the mix and blended together. Ones that are listed under "creme base" have no coffee in them and really are just smoothies. Usually topped with whip.

Hope that helps a bit.

iced latte is not the same as a Frappuccino , the frap is more like a shake.

well the different between ICED and FRAP is... frap is blended like shake or icey, that sort of thing. Iced is when the drink is just liquid on ice. Coffee is just plain coffee, and i think Latte is mixed with milk (and anything else starbucks add, not sure).

Iced Latte - cold coffee w/shot of expresso in it and sometimes topped w/whipped cream
Iced Coffee - cold coffee
Frappuccino - coffee that is made more like a shake, w/or w/o expresso and topped w/ whip creme

iced latte- espresso, ice, and milk

iced coffee- cold coffee, ice

frap- blended coffee or cream based ice beverage.

Iced Latte: is 1 shot espresso. With lots of froth over ice.
Iced coffee: is coffee and cream over ice.
Frapachino: is a coffee base with cream over crushed ice.
So are they the same ? No-

they at least are..
;-)
