Does 'mineral water' have anything different in it than tap water? Electrolytes..salt etc?!


Question: If you look closely at the labels on the plastic or glass
bottles on alot of the "mineral" water that's sold now-
adays, you'll find that that is what you're buying......
tap water.... purified water.
The irony of it all is that bottled tap water is better for
you than true well, or articean water. That's b/c
regular or purified tap water is treated with fluoride.
That prevents your teeth from rotting and falling out.
