Does drinking Arizona green tea have the same amount of antioxidants that hot green tea has?!

Question: No: "As far as antioxidant levels go, bottled green tea has the disadvantage because many antioxidants are lost in the processing. Even so, these levels can be equal or sometimes superior to antioxidant rich fruit juices such as grape or blueberry juice. A lot depends on the type of manufacturing process used and the quality of green tea used in the product.

Other things to take into consideration, when it comes to buying bottled green tea, are added sweeteners, artificial ingredients and preservatives. Often bottled tea products are loaded with sweeteners such as high fructose corn syrup which can lessen the health benefits significantly."

As far as bottled green teas go, you'd be best off with a brand called Honest Tea. They don't add a lot of unnessary ingredients to their brews.

You could also make your own iced tea, and carry it in a reusable travel mug.

Doubtful. Arizona "green tea" is mostly sugar water.
