My coke rewards error?!

Question: at my dads i go onto my cokerewards and it lets me but at my moms as soon as the web page opens it says error---undefined. both my parents have the same internet so what could the problem be?

Do both of your parents have exactly the same kind of computer? Probably not. Sounds like a software problem.

After visiting http://www.mycokerewards.com/ it seems to me that you probably don't have the proper version of Adobe Flash Player on your mom's computer, download the latest version, and it should fix your problem.
