What is "Breve Milk"?!

Question: I see it listed on some nutritional facts sites about Starbucks, and I was wondering what sort of milk it was as when used it shoots the calorie count right up.

Breve is just a fancy word for Half and Half.
Half and Half= half whipping cream and half whole milk. That's why the caloric content is huge.
I have to say though that a Breve Latte tastes much better than just a regular latte because Breve has a slightly-sweet taste to it. However, I will choose worse tasting drinks than to have that many calories!

Breve is whole milk.

its more like a dessert drink and usually in small portions.

I believe it's French....espresso and half&half steamed.

'breve milk' refers to a 'breve espresso':

a latte made with half-and-half, and yes, people actually drink a cup of half-and-half with their espresso.

it's 1/2 &1/2
