Have a low-fat one, with skim milk, low-fat yogurt & just one scoop of frozen yogurt, then do 40 sit-ups, 60 jumping jacks, and some squats.

Why not have them with fat free soymilk, no fat at all only 90calories & with some fresh fruit or non-dairy ice creams, but make sure there is not alot of calories in them.

This is easy. Cut up some very ripe, fresh strawberries and freeze them. Put the frozen berries in a blender, add 2 tablespoons of low-fat or non-fat yogurt and a squeeze of lemon. Add up to 1 tsp of sugar if the berries weren't fully ripe, but no more. Blend until smooth. Most any soft fruit will do. Apples or pears will need to be boiled or baked to soften them before you freeze them. Sorry, no chocolate.
