Question about coffee and caffeine...?!

Question: I found out I was pregnant with my first at the beginning of the year. I gave up coffee, tea and anything with caffeine while I was pregnant. Unfortunately last week I sadly had my first miscarriage as well. Although I am no longer pregnant, I thought I would give up coffee and caffeine for good. I find myself wanting to have a cup of coffee now so badly. I know coffee is not good while you are pregnant, but is it really so bad for your health? What do you think?

I think you're wanting it the way an ex-smoker wants a cigarette during a very stressful or traumatic period in their life. Your desire for coffee is purely psychological at this point. I'm not gonna tell you not to drink it; here's a link for you to look at though. Hope this helps. Good luck/God Bless

my blood runs brown, I have three children and drank coffee during both of my first pregnancies with no problem, the last one, even the smell of coffee made me retch, and once I tried to eat some lemon cake, I spent 3 hours over the toilet, funny little kid, before and after he was born

it truly sux to have a miscarriage. coffee isnt that bad for u only and only when you are not an addict, but if u drink coffee every day then is bad. You will soon see ur self shaking, and won't stop so i wont recommend to drink too much coffee isnt meant to be drank 24/7
