Oolong tea?!

Question: What are the health benefits of drinking oolong tea?

Answers: What are the health benefits of drinking oolong tea?

They're the same as for other kinds of tea. It may fight cancer, infections, and the development of diabetes. Its fluoride may protect your teeth. It raises your metabolism a little. It raises your alertness level.

Some companies tout drinking oolong tea (under various names, like Wu-Yi) as a way to lose weight, but it's no miracle cure for weight loss. It only raises your metabolism a little bit. If you drink it instead of soda (even diet soda), though, that could help you shed pounds.

Oolong's antioxidant (free-radical fighting substances) and caffeine levels are between that of black tea and green tea. Black tea has about half as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.

Oolong is and antioxidant.

I really have no clue, but 4 one thing I know it`s very very very very very healthy!!!!!!! (=
