What type of chocolate is healthier:Dark chocolate or milk chocolate?!

Question: i think dark chocolate is healthier :) yumm...

Answers: i think dark chocolate is healthier :) yumm...

Dark chocolate is healthier because it contains more antioxidants which are substances that may protect your cells against the effects of free radicals (molecules produced when your body breaks down food or environmental exposures like tobacco smoke and radiation). Free radicals can damage cells, and play a role in heart disease, cancer and other diseases.

It also contains flavonoids, which keep cholesterol from gathering in blood vessels, reduce the risk of blood clots, and slow down the immune responses that lead to clogged arteries.

dark chocolate which is so yummy!!

The real dark chocolate is best for you

dark chocolate is healthier for you. milk chocolate has more cream in it so it is more fattening.

Hm. I dunno. My dead cardiologist didn't differentiate. So...I fired him and indulged myself.

dark chocolate

Dark chocolate is lower in fat because it does not have milk or cream added. both kinds are high in antioxidants and can give you a nice endorphin boost, wich makes you feel happy.

dark chocolate is actually very good for you! Yes you heard right! but obviously in the correct amounts ;-) it helps lower cholesterol. Dark chocolate contains 'good' cholesterol which once in the blood stream scrubs away at the bad 'cholesterol' that clings to the sides of your arteries etc. without good cholesterol to do this job you would get arteries clogging up from all the bad choleserol causing heartaches and such like. :-) hope i helped, by the way, milk chocolate doesnt have these qualities, only very dark chocolate.

dark chocolate.
