Anything diet is calorie free. I recommend coke zero.
However, anything with splenda or any other sweetener will actually not help you lose weight (if thats what you want to do). Your body thinks it is receiving calories from the sweetness of the drink, but when it doesn't receive any, it stores what it has instead of burning off the calories already ingested. I guess they are just finding this out and doing studies on it.
Coke Zero has 0 calories and it is oh-so-good. Im addicted to it!

Water with a dash of lime or lemon. Avoid soda completely.

Pepsi 0 but H20 is best!! People can de-rest the corrosion on there car batteries with one can of zero coke or pepsi product.
