Sweet 'N Low???!

Question: Ok so sweet n low sounds to good to be true where's the catch??? It doesnt have any calories and less than 1 carb. Is it actually healthy or is there sumthing I didnt see. For example I love water and I love iced tea, but I stick to water because I thought it was a lot more healthy than iced tea but on the tea nutrition facts it said it didnt have any calories or carbs and I use sweet n low when I drink unsweetened Iced tea. So is unsweetened iced tea just as healthy or just slighty less unhealthier than water if I use sweet n low?

Read the list of ingredients that exist in Sweet 'n' Low and research on line to see what those ingredients are.
Then decide, do you want to put packets of that into your body? I know I dont - but you have to decide for yourself
Iced tea wont hurt you in moderation. Mix it up between green tea, black tea, herbals, etc (and fruit - yum)
Remember, as a rule of thumb: If the food is white - its best not to eat it.

well there's still the caffine problem with tea. I suggest you switch to Splenda for your artifical sweetner.
